TCU Horned Frogs Game Notes
Kendre Miller (undisclosed) is questionable for Monday's showdown with Georgia, Steven Johnson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. Miller, who tallied eight carries for 57 yards in the College Football Playoff Semi-Finals, is questionable to suit up for the Championship game. The 6-foot junior has taken things to another level this season, logging 224 carries for 1,399 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns, along with 16 receptions for 116 receiving yards. If Miller is ultimately unable to suit up, backup Emari Demercado would likely handle the bulk of the carries for TCU.
Georgia Bulldogs Game Notes
Darnell Washington (ankle) is questionable to suit up in Monday's National Championship game against TCU, Jordan D. Hill of 247Sports.com reports. Washington. who sustained an ankle injury against Ohio State, is questionable to play in Monday's showdown with TCU. The junior tight end has appeared in all 14 games, logging 27 receptions for 426 yards and two touchdowns. Head coach, Kirby Smart, said that he's hopeful to have Washington available for the contest.
