Sacramento Kings DFS Spin
Sacramento Kings star point guard De’Aaron Fox will miss Sunday’s game with a personal issue. Fox is the Kings’ leading scorer this season with 24.3 points per game and he’s second on the club with 6.1 assists per game. The absence of Fox could prove to be a factor on Sunday.
If you’re looking for cost-effective shooting, consider the Kings’ Kevin Huerter. The 6’7” shooting guard leads the Kings in three-pointers made per game this season with 2.7, and he’s shooting a scorching 40.2% from deep this year. Huerter’s overall counting starts aren’t bad either as he’s posting 15.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game for Sacramento on the year.
New Orleans Pelicans DFS Spin
Pelicans star power forward Zion Williamson has been out with a hamstring injury since January 2nd and he should miss a few more weeks before he’s ready to play. Williamson is New Orleans’ leading scorer this season with 26 points per game.
The bad news for New Orleans is that Zion Williamson is still out. The good news is that Brandon Ingram is back and he’s apparently shaken off the rust that plagued him in his first few games back from a toe injury. The 25-year-old Duke alumnus has posted back-to-back games where he scored at least 26 points and shot at least 50% from the field. With Williamson out for sure and Pelicans center Jonas Valanciunas questionable with a knee injury, Brandon Ingram could see an uptick in shot attempts against the Kings on Sunday night.

Kings vs. Pelicans NBA Prediction
The Kings have the fourth-best record in the NBA against the spread this season at 28-22-1. They cover the spread 56% of the time. The Kings are also 15-9 ATS on the road, which is the second-best mark in the NBA. The concern for this game may be that they’ll be missing point guard De’Aaron Fox, but he missed the Kings’ last game and Sacramento’s bench picked up the slack by scoring 44 points in a narrow 107-104 loss to the Pacers on Friday.
On the flip side, New Orleans is a bit shorthanded as it is with Zion Williamson being out and the status of center Jonas Valanciunas in doubt as well. There’s also the fact that the Pelicans will be playing the second game of a back-to-back and their fifth game in eight days. New Orleans is 2-6 ATS this season playing on 0 days' rest, and I think the schedule proves to be too grueling for the Pelicans on Sunday.
