Kansas State Wildcats Game Notes

Coach Chris Klieman said Tuesday that there's an "outside chance" that Adrian Martinez (undisclosed) will be available Saturday against TCU, Kellis Robinett of The Wichita Eagle reports. Martinez has missed back-to-back contests due to an undisclosed injury, but he has a chance to suit up for the Big 12 Championship Game. However, regardless of Martinez's status, Kansas State is opting to roll with Will Howard as the starting quarterback against TCU.

Kendre Miller tallied 15 carries for 72 yards and two touchdowns and caught his only target for 12 yards during Saturday's 62-14 win against Iowa State. Miller has scored a touchdown in 13 straight games which is the longest active streak in the nation. The junior back continues an amazing sophomore campaign with 199 carries for 1,260 yards (6.3 yards per carry) and 16 touchdowns. He'll be a crucial player in TCU's conference championship bid against Kansas State. Last time these two teams met, Miller had 29 carries for 153 yards and two touchdowns.
