Louisville dual-threat quarterback Malik Cunningham missed last week’s game against NC State due to a shoulder injury and he’s officially listed as questionable for this week’s game. Louisville head coach Scott Satterfield said he feels “pretty optimistic” that Malik Cunningham will be able to play on Saturday. If for some reason Cunningham can’t go, Louisville will turn to junior QB Brock Domann. Domann threw for 153 yards while completing 48% of his passes in Louisville’s 25-10 win over NC State on Saturday.

Louisville linebacker Yasir Abdullah leads the ACC with 8 sacks on the year. The senior from Miramar, Florida has also recorded 53 total tackles, 4 forced fumbles, 2 interceptions, and 4 passes defended on the campaign. He’ll probably need to excel if Louisville is going to cover this contest.

Kentucky has two future NFL players in their backfield in quarterback Will Levis and running back Chris Rodriguez. Levis is a 6’3” 232-pound senior with the tools to be a starting quarterback at the next level. This year he’s thrown for 2,218 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions while also adding 2 rushing touchdowns. Levis posted a shining QBR of 86.7 out of 100 in Kentucky’s 16-6 loss to Georgia last week, proving that he can play against the best defenses in the country.

Kentucky’s Chris Rodriguez has run for 784 yards and 6 touchdowns in only 7 games of action this season. That averages out to 112 rushing yards per game. Because he missed the first month of the season, Rodriguez has only carried the ball 152 times this year compared to 205 last year. Chris Rodriguez should get 15+ carries in his final home game and he has a real chance to gain over 100 yards in a game for the 5th time this season.
