Golden State Warriors DFS Notes

Draymond Green hit 3-of-6 shots for eight points, eight rebounds, seven assists and a steal before fouling out of Monday's 104-94 win over the Celtics in Game 5. Dray has now fouled out of three of these five games, tying him with Indiana's Dale Davis for that honor and he'll try to stay out of foul trouble in Game 6 on Thursday in Boston. He was one of the better Warriors in the first quarter tonight and helped Golden State open up a 16-point lead, but the Celtics hit eight straight 3-pointers, many coming in the third quarter when they opened up a three-point lead with 6:27 left in the third quarter. But the Warriors opened up the fourth quarter on a 14-5 run and never looked back, handing the Celtics two straight losses for the first time in these playoffs. Maybe Dray won't foul on Thursday (and Sunday, if necessary).

Boston Celtics DFS Notes

Marcus Smart hit 7-of-15 shots and three 3-pointers for 20 points, three rebounds and two assists in 40 minutes of Monday's Game 5 loss to the Warriors to fall into a 3-2 hole in the Finals. Smart played well but was a bit floppy, trying to get some love from a pretty shaky officiating crew. Jaylen Brown hit just 5-of-18 shots and missed all five of his 3-pointers to finish with 18 points, nine rebounds, four assists and a steal, Robert Williams played through his knee injury for 10 points and eight rebounds, and Al Horford added nine points, nine rebounds and two 3-pointers in the loss. The Celtics hit eight straight 3-pointers between the second and third quarters to take a three-point lead with 6:27 remaining in the third quarter, but ran out of gas. Both teams are visibly tired and the Celtics will look to avoid losing their third straight game on Thursday in Boston for Game 6. If they win that one, they'll try to join the 1988 Lakers as the only other team to win three straight Game 7s to win a championship. It's not going to be easy, with Game 7 slated for Sunday at Golden State.

Celtics vs. Warriors Game 4 NBA Finals

The Warriors are just 1-3-1 against the spread in their last five games at TD Garden and are 6-13-2 against the number in their last 21 games versus the Celtics overall. Golden State has also dropped six of its last eight road games against the spread and is 2-5-1 ATS in its last eight NBA Finals games. The Celtics, meanwhile, are still 17-8-1 against the number in their last 26 games overall, are 12-5 in their last 17 NBA Finals games and are 25-11-1 at the window in their last 37 games versus a team with a winning record.
